How to give my team member or client an access to serpcloud?

You can add your team member or client an access to specific categories of your SERPCloud account or get full access using Add-on Users feature.

Go to your account settings > click on an add-on users tab

1. Enter the email id you want to give access in email id field.

2. Enter the desired password for that account in password field.

3. Then last field, select the categories you want to give access to this account.

What are tables settings?

With this option you can manage what columns and data you want to see in your account on rank checking area,

Go to your account settings > there you will see "Tables Settings"

There you can switch on/off what things you like to see on your account.

Where to set Whitelable reporting settings?

With SERPCloud every client gets White label reporting feature if you want to use it.

Go to your account settings > there you will see "Whitelable Reporting Options"

Enter the Company Name you want to show on your whitelabel reports
Enter your Company, URL (Link) you want to show on your whitelabel reports
Upload your Company Logo it will show on your whitelabel reports
Enter your Company Description it will show on your whitelabel reports
Choose the Report Template for your white label report.

Save it and done!

Get Whitelabel reports on Reports page you will see "whitelabel reports" column gets what type of report you want from there,

How to scheduled email reports?

For it need Go to your account settings > there you will see "Scheduled Email Reports" tab

Enter your email id you want to get a report for the specific category
Select how often you want reports "Daily/Weekly/Monthly"
At last select in what format you want report in.

That's it

What are Email settings?

Go to your account settings > there you will see "Email settings"

Then enter the subject, email id and message of the emails you want to get from our system.

It will send out those using it.

How to view Social and SEO stats?

If you want to view those stats you can view all from your SERPcloud dashboard also.

By clicking
"View Social stats" and "View SEO stats" button

And if you want to view it for any specific project, then you need to go to your desired project and click this icon to view it:

Want to integrate your Google analytics account to compare your visits with ranking?

Go to your account, of SERPCloud.

Then go to this page
http://serpcloud.com/serp/analytics

Click "Connect" button to attach your account and grant access SERPcloud to view your profiles on GA.

Then it will redirect back to SERPcloud account.

At last Go to Report Tab and select the project and the keyword you want to compare.

How to get your reports on Google Drive and Dropbox Cloud storage?

After Logged in your SERPCloud account.

Go to:
http://serpcloud.com/serp/cloud

Click "Connect" button on your desired Cloud storage you want to use and grant Access to SERPcloud.

Then go to "Report settings" on their select what project, Report type and which cloud storage you want to send out your report.

And click "Share" button system will send report them instantly.
